"Where do I start? First, I called because I mistakenly double booked and Tiana was absolutely amazing ands very kind. She helped me out with cancelling one and confirming the prepaid reservation. I was still in my home state, but then when I arrived the next day, Tiana took care of me and continued demonstrating kindness and professionalism. When I checked out in the morning, I spoke to Marlene, and boy was she so nice. Thank you for your hard work and taking the extra time to ensure customer satisfaction because that I am, very satisfied from my stay at this property! Thanks again"

"Very overpriced for what sorta place your getting but it was the only choice we had and this is a smoking hotel so even the none smoking rooms smell like smoke of all kinds ;( also feel like there is several live in full time rooms just fyi "
