"I really like this hotel. The ambience, even the smell is lovely! Great air conditioner! Perfect location, close to the Harry Potter / Akasaka station and many places to eat. My only complaint is the bed was very very hard. I expected small room, but not the uncomfortable bed. "

"I actually loved this hotel, the room was the biggest of any we booked in Japan and was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that this location is in more of a business area and slightly further away from any entertainment. However, there is a shopping area nearby as well as food options and the Iidabashi train station a block or two away. I will definitely book this hotel chain again maybe just not this specific location. But it was a great stay! "
