"Close to the train station and convenice stores. Safe too because your room key is used to access the elevators. Staff are very helpful. I needed to see an eye doctor because I had an inverted contact lenses and couldn't get it out and it was a Sunday and close to 6:00 p.m. and the hotel staff helped me find an open clinic. No insurance and paided about $50 for it. Also, if you are female, all staff serving you will be female, even bell service. "

"This hotel is very clean and quiet. Even with all the noise of the area, our room was almost silent. Shinjuku can be overwhelming to some with the volume of people and night life, but the area felt safe. There is a 7-11 on the ground floor and lots of other places to grab food and drinks on the area. About a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku Station."
