"Excellent studio room in Bangkok "

"We were there last week on the 25th floor. Our day was pretty good with the room could use some help this week. They moved us to the 23rd floor into one of the newer remodeled rooms. This room was fantastic a little bit smaller but they made up for it by putting a washer and dryer combo inside. Staff is always great and very helpful. One of the best values in Bangkok for your money. "

"We often stay in Lotus while visiting Bangkok. Great location and price typically is hard to beat for this level of hotel. They've been slowly upgrading, but it is still showing it's age. Good size rooms and we often get upgraded to higher level rooms. Good size pool where can swim laps. One thing I wish they do more regularly is to clean room windows on the outside. Hotel has beautiful views of the city, but durty windows are distracting. "

"The only issue I have is that the "airport hotel" is a twenty minute ride from the airport and had only one shuttle vehicle available. This means that shuttle times are very limited."

"very nice hotel... spacious room with a nice bathroom with quality shower products. I needed an iron and and ironing board and they sent one to my room immediately. my only complaint, and it's a small one- I could not figure out the light switches, even after staying 3 days lol. I would definitely stay there again."
