"Stayed here during twice’s concert. Walking distance to impact arena. Towels and mineral water were provided by the owner. Room was clean and adequate. There were many food stalls and cosmic bazaar located just opposite the building. Overall check-in and check-out process went smoothly. "

"There is a washer available for use for 50 baht a load, and a drying rack in the room. We had a small issue with the price and miscommunication. We inputted all of our information on Expedia and paid for the rooms (6 people), exactly as it said we should. This included an extra person charge. After we paid we had to pay again for the 5th person’s bed as this was not covered in the payment for the extra person. We had no choice since we couldn’t get a refund. "Great place to stay around 10min walk to bts on nut station also a 7-11 and lotus nearby. Only thing bad i encountered on my stay was the mattress with very stiff and you have to cross a very busy intersection and street to get too the bts station which was a little crazy on weekdays with cars and motorbikes."

"Excellent stay in a very large condo, well equipped kitchen, ate in most days bought food at local supermarkets we walked to plus wonderful local evening market a couple of days for Thai supplies and food. The huge lagoon is a feature and wonderful for swimming. Very clean. Friendly security staff and cleaner helped us navigate the neighbourhood. Beach is small but attractive with several local and international restaurants and Sheraton is next door. "

"Great place to stay. We stayed for 5 nights for both remote working and exploring Chiang Mai. Sky River pool is great but lacks any shade from the sun. 7-Eleven right across the road is very convenient. Gym is small with max 25kg dumbells. 20 Minute walk to Old City. Check-In and Check-Out was easy, and there is a tourist information office at the bottom of the building."
