"Location was nice with lots of options for local street food in the area. Circle K is located nearby. Service by the front desk staff was friendly and nice. Facilities in the room was sufficient however was a little aged. Suite was facing the main road and a wee bit noisy at night. Curtains could not be fully shut, as such no way to sleep in if you wanted. Walls are a little thin. As such noise from the neighboring bedroom could be heard at times. Breakfast is not provided but local food such as...

"disappointed. I visited here before for my friends. but my first time. not clean toilet. i found someone smoked here. no toothbrush and no cotton. only paper cover i found."

"Good location with restaurants. By the main road and if your room faces the road then it will be noisy else nothin to complain except internet. "

"The room was spacious and comfortable. It was conveniently located near the business district. The noodle soups (Pho and Bun Moc) served at breakfast were very delicious. It would have been even better if I could have ordered the same dishes through room service."

"It was ok, and a vast improvement over our last stay in Hanoi, as it was far from the touristy and scam-filled Old Quarter. Accommodations were nice, but covid still affected some ammenities, ie. no breakfast [closed], and we couldn't get extra pillows [had to buy our own]. Still, good value for the price, and in a better part of the city."
