"Stayed here in penthouse for 4 nights. Really like the breakfast. Staff is great and helpful. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance but also far from the madness of old quarter. Only con is the hotel has no gym or pool. But otherwise it’s great. "

The host was receptive and easily accessible by what’s up app. Even though Viator trips ,we booked, didn’t pick up at this area, we spent an average of $ 4-6 getting to and from the meeting place by Grab taxi. "

"It was ok, and a vast improvement over our last stay in Hanoi, as it was far from the touristy and scam-filled Old Quarter. Accommodations were nice, but covid still affected some ammenities, ie. no breakfast [closed], and we couldn't get extra pillows [had to buy our own]. Still, good value for the price, and in a better part of the city."
