"To me it was a great location. Its far enough from downtown but still walkable to/from. Clean room. There may be a coffee maker in the cupboards but I didnt see it and I would have loved to have one in the room. "The neighborhood is pretty quiet, and the house is at the end of a dead-end street, so even better. The apartment is one of four in the house, and very well appointed for a few days or longer. It has everything you need to visit the city, included a washing machine. "We liked the convenience of a nearby well stocked supermarket and proximity to major street with bus service. Bring your earplugs though as the sounds of the street/cars are quite loud at night. "5 stars...the listing and photos are accurate. It provides economical lodging in a Fantastic location to explore museums and culture. Walking distance to Teminal Atlantico Norte...improtant to us as we were traveling onward to Cahuita. Several bus routes stop within a block of the apartment if you want to travel around the city. Plenty of soda's and small eateries close by. Great for a few nights to really get to know the history of Costa Rica and San Juan. The apartment meets all basic needs...

"The host was absolutely amazing 5 Star everything! The room was immaculately clean, the views especially at night are breathtaking from this suite. The building had excellent and accommodating around the clock security. I even lost the key to the host’s place and surprisingly he drove over an hour to make sure I was safe and secure and arrived CALM :)… My stay was peaceful, fun and unforgettable!
