"I stayed for a week with two other friends. We really enjoyed our stay. Very walkable to Old San Juan and Balneario del Escambrón Beach (around 15 minutes each). There are multiple dining options (also walkable), but I recommend eating at Old San Juan. The only point of discomfort was that we could not throw toilet paper down the toilet, but that's because the pipes around Old San Juan are an older version. If that would be an issue, I would recommend finding a different accommodation in Newer...

"The place was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room for our 3 adults 4 kids family (the 3 bedroom option). The view from the balcony was spectacular. The beach is just a few minutes walk away and there are plenty of stores right by the apt. Our kids also loved the private balcony pool. Just know that you will have to pay for your electricity usage. Comes out of your deposit. Wasn’t bad though. Also Daniel was highly communicative and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. "We were needing a room for the night as our flight was delayed. A friend found this listing online. What an excellent experience! Micah was helpful from start to finish and so very polite! The room was clean, the grounds were beautiful and the attention to detail in everything here was noticed! We didn’t have to leave our room. No one would be disappointed staying here. Safe, clean, good food, friendly service. Impressed and would stay here again. "
