"We really enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of minor issues that the host responded to and corrected promptly. There is a food court, grocery store and medical clinic onsite. Its a short cab ride to the beach and local sopping is within an easy walk. The only disappointment was the pool is out of comission. We will definitely book again."

"there was no running water, no internet and the place wasn't clean, there was not much equipment to cook with, the toilet didn't work the shower was in dirty concrete with a hole for a drain, the coffee machine didn't work, the place is in a bad neibourhood and a 39 min walk from the beach. We decided to rent another place, staying there was not possible."

"this trip was my 3rd booking in a row with this owner/this apt. i have been coming to the property for decades, and stayed when it was all inclusive, up to/through the residential/condos now. i love this apartment, and i could not be happier!! it is clean and safe and has ocean views from both porches! fancy it is not, but i've done fancy, and i so prefer the realness and tamer vibe of point village now. i plan to return and book with sarah every year forever! "The location is excellent with a few minutes walking access to the nude beach right beside Hedonism 2. The buildings and surrounds are a bit dated and the reception office was in need of extensive renovation. My rented unit was good with a king size bed but on the 3rd floor so if you have bad knees,,,beware! The reception staff were very helpful and the manned gatehouse checking residents in and out was a plus."
