"The hotel is very functional but a little bit run down. Whatever they use to clean the rooms with smells very strong. No food or beverages available. It is relatively close to the airport and cruise terminal. "

"The location and rooms were clean and great! The cleaning staff was very helpful upon my arrival - I was charged $20 to check-in 30 min early which was lame but it was so hot out and needed to get into AC - wouldve appreciated a little hospitality on that but other than that loved the shared fridge space so easy breakfast - can't beat the location! "

"Husband and I had a very nice visit. We liked that it was small and private-feeling. We think you really need to rent a car to stay here; taking cabs would (probably - we didn't do it!) be so onerous and limiting. Our room was great and just like the pictures. We loved the balcony and appreciated the A/C and mini-kitchen."

"Check in went smoothly without a hitch and the location is perfect for exploring OSJ and the nearby Castillo. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean, if a little tight. We were only there to sleep though so tight quarters were not a problem. Waking up to the sounds of birdsong was a pleasant surprise. Conveniently close to good music, restaurants, and attractions. "

"Really pretty and well kept suite. Got the suite with the balcony which of course would have noise but wasnt thinking much about that - thankfully it was a Sunday so the noise didnt go too late into the night. They did have the Football Championship games on the tv for free and other good programming. Had filtered water available for drinking and a filter on the showerhead. "Clean room Air conditioner Clean and large restroom Needed to locate owner via the office on other side of street. Were courteous to walk us into room and shared the access codes where needed. There is music going on but it’s not bothering us. Good we have something to rest at for the night before the morning flight.."

"The front desk is way at the end of the hotel hotel under construction front desk should’ve been centered in the main lobby they had a cashiers office that had zero purpose but yet had a line of people in front of it because the front desk was too far away …… very friendly staff though!"
