"I did not like the fact that hard rock tries to sell you time shares during your stay. I also did not like that the two pools closet to our building were for timeshare owners or "legend" people. Despite paying top dollar i felt like a second class guest. There were not enough towels sometimes. And it would have been nice to know that parts of the resort including the main pool was under renovation during out stay"

"I found the resort to be family friendly. The food options were great. I’m not much of a pool person but found the resort offer an amazing pool where my 3 year old could play while I could relax without fearing for her safety. "

"Staff is very friendly . Our room was perfect ! Beaches and pools excellent ! The food was mediocre at best with little variety. Very disappointed with food options. Resort was beautiful staff friendly our room was great. Cleanliness excellent . "

"Check in is horrible, before leaving the front desk I asked for them to make sure that my room was exactly what I had paid for because I saw others right before me have issues, they "promised" it was what I asked for, I then arrived to my room and it was not what I had paid for, had to make my way back to the front and deal with them for over an hour "

"This was our second time staying at Holiday Inn. The first time was when me and my husband were without kids and the second time was a family vacation. I cannot emphasize how convenient the property is we chose to not take all inclusive because across the street from the hotel there’s restaurants and on the beach there is beach shacks to grab food. "Well located , wonderful stuff, the front beach it’s wonderful and beautiful, the beach access starts 7 am and close at 7 pm . It will be wonderful if the access get extended more hours . The only one negative point on my stays and make me don’t return it’s about the smell inside the room and corridor .
