"Christian, the manager, was delightful and went above and beyond to be helpful throughout our stay. His English was very good and he was very thoughtful A qualified doctor, he also aided my daughter with sunburn and tummy trouble. The hotel has a lovely courtyard where delicious breakfasts are served. We had the double height, triple room at the front of the property which was a beautiful characterful room however the only window opened out straight on to the street which meant a lot of noise...

"If you're looking for a casa particular with amazing hosts, look no further! We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. It feels like you've been transported to 1930s-1940s Cuba. The breakfast included was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, with a private bathroom. Most importantly, the staff were all kind and incredibly helpful. Great location- a block away from “El Malecon and about a 10 min walk to “Paseo del Prado”. "

"The room we had was great but the property does not have a Bay View as advertised. The images of the interior are unlike anything anywhere near our room. Our room was upstairs and accessible only by going back out to the street, unlocking a door and going up three flights of stairs. That said, the management were nice people which does count for a lot."

"Absoutely fantastic stay at this property. From the minute we arrived we were treated with so much hospitality. The place is so peaceful. The views from the breakfast patio spectactular. The property was surrounded byu beautiful gardens with outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful caribean subshine. The staff are incredible and peter the host took care of every detail.would highly recommend this property ."

"The rooms was functional with a nice balcony overlooking a small harbor. Unfortunately our yaxi van was too large to get up the winding driveway so we had to drag our bag up a steep hill. Also a busy and noisy road was right beside the hotel and our room. "
