"room was spacious, bed was large and comfortable with quality sheets. the room was very quiet, practically no outside noise for my 5 days stay. hotel looked fairly new, or recently updated. wifi was mostly working, with one outage for a few hours. staff are friendly and helpful. included breakfast is pretty basic, i usually skipped it and went to the peets across the road. good stay, i'd recommend."

"Everything was perfect, the bed, the amount of pillows, the room , the water temperature and pressure, the food was always great with everything you need to get your morning started. Only con was that once the sun came up your whole room lit up as the sun rose, not blacked out . Will return again "

"My husband and I loved our stay at The Monarch Cove Inn. Now this is an almost 100 year old victorian house on the coast. You don't stay in a place like this and compare it to the 4 Seasons. It has the antique, worn in quality you would want in a place like this. The beds were comfortable, the staff was just wonderful, the views and grounds were lovely and inviting. We can't wait for our next visit! "
