I've stayed at several hotels in the Santa Cruz area, and this hotel was by far the best! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again!

The staff was so nice in front desk. One of the gentleman even gave my boy some baseball cards. Rooms smelt super clean. They were also very accommodating. They let us early check with phone call ahead of time. And it’s only 2-3 min drive to boardwalk. Definitely staying there again. DoorDash was on point even target came through in the clutch for my toddler.

Great hotel! Clean rooms and the pool in the middle was neat! Kind of a let down that the jetted tub didn’t work and the tv is run on someone’s private Amazon account. Overall it was good!

The room and reservation said it was a nonsmoking room. There was smoke in the room. The hotel is not accessible—stairs only going into the hotel. The elevator was broken but they had a first floor room. They required a deposit of $100 in addition to the fully prepaid room. Thankfully, they agreed to give me a refund which was appreciated as I could not stay in the one available room due to the smoke.
