This is my 3rd time staying at this property and I love it. Steps from the beach and convenient dining options (coffee shop etc) , the pool/hot tub area is really nice, and it is a beautiful little area of Aptos to stay. The rooms are simple - clean and comfortable. The beds are so comfortable with lots of pillows :) The breakfast might need some work but otherwise, awesome place to stay.

Convenient location. Very friendly people. Great breakfast and outdoor area. The bathroom and shower could use an update and maybe a small table of any kind would have been helpful. Nice room the sofa bed was comfortable as well.

Location was nice, near the beach. There was a coffee and dinning near by. One issue we had, was that the room was advertised to sleep 6 people but it was actually to sleep 5 people. One sofa bed was only for single person not two.

I like staying here when I’m in Aptos. Although it is an older motel, it has been kept up well. For the price it’s perfect. It is a short walk to the beach or a 4.8 star restaurant beachside. If you are ok with a bit outdated but well kept and perfect beach hotel, this really is it. A gem.

The hotel is older, but clean and reasonably well maintained. The breakfast in the morning was solid and was enjoyed by my family. We loved the location because it was so close to the beach as well as our relative's home up the street. We had the family suite which was perfect for our two kids. Bathroom is tiny, but we managed.

Wonderful, recently renovated, second floor room with partial view of the ocean. Loved our stay here, and the breakfast room and food was great. Loved the ability to walk to everything especially the beach! Sunsets from the balcony were gorgeous. Wish we could stay longer. In-room fridge and microwave appreciated.
