"Although our stay was on the second floor and I have limited mobility we managed to get everything situated and did enjoy our stay. All except for the six-legged invaders who decided to visit us during the evening. Just had to make sure that no food was left out. Biggest detractor was not having a microwave available. Stay was nice but stairs would be a concern to stay again (no elevator). "

"We pulled into Santa Cruz a little early, so we messaged the manager to let them know we were here a little early and if we could check in. The manager got back to us, letting us know that the room will be ready in about 15 minutes. We ran into her on the way, and then she showed us where the heaters are in both sides of the house.
