"Old property, during our staying, outdoor hot tub broke; indoor hot tub is small, crowded and full of bubbles, didn’t go 2nd time. Gym is ok, two squash courts are free to use. No ski shuttle bus for sunshine ski resort. Staff are friendly. Area is very nice and quiet but also outside of Banff Main Street. Didn’t try the town shuttle, don’t know if it is convenient. Tried lake Louise ski resort shuttle, very convenient."

"Feels like a sanctuary. Every staff member has been kind to me and if something needs attention, maintenance arrives quickly. Seems like staff goes out of their way to be exceptionally accommodating. The manager has gone above and beyond and is very hands-on with making sure all her guests are happy. I am extremely grateful for the kindness I have received and will recommend this property to everyone needing a safe haven to heal and rejuvenate."
