"We had an excellent stay and were very nicely surprised with a room upgrade and gift for our anniversary. The staff were amazing and it made our stay in Banff that much more excellent! The hotel is in the best location to be close to downtown, and is very clean and quiet. Also has great lobby bar and restaurant. Will always try to stay here when travelling to Banff. Thank you to the staff for the great surprises!"

"Cleaning staff only did bedding nothing else they didn't change the coffe cups and rooms don't have any kitchen area where we can clean our cups. So they should be replaced when cleaning is done. And also flooring was also not done .Room only was neat and clean on first day . I am very happy with the hotel staff and i will also recommend my friends but these are the things i have noticed and wanted to notify you also in my feedback. "We always enjoy staying at the Blackstone. It has easy access to the parking, always luggage carts available to unload and load luggage. The units have always been clean and well equipped and the towels are always sparkling white. "
