"I was very impressed with the cleanliness;) my bed was comfy, however I prefer a firmer pillow; I slept good all three nights though! I really loved the art on my suites walls. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub, they were very well maintained and clean too!! I definitely want to stay here again, thank you for a memorable get away!!;) "

The furniture and condition of the property is a bit worn out. However, I believe this is the case with most of Banff hotels as there is a vary high turnaround of traffic through this beautiful area.
