"The thermostat did not work, making the room too hot to sleep despite opening the windows.Several attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered.Left after one night of two night stay as I was feeling ill due to lack of sleep.Getting to room was an obstacle course due to mattresses in hallway from renovations.Hallways were filthy due to renovations.The room itself was fairly clean though. Can not recommend due to lack of management feedback or concern."

The floors were not clean. The dining table had spilled drink spots on it (which came off very easily with warm water and soap...no scrubbing required), and there was hair on the linens. Have your cleaning staff step up their game, and there will be nothing to complain about. All-in-all a great...
