"We love Hidden Ridge Resort , it has amazing mountain views, the suit was spacious, clean, fully stocked for cooking, all appliances in working condition, the beds were so comfortable. They renovated their sauna, it’s so much better now. Staff was very friendly and efficient. We definitely come back"

"The thermostat did not work, making the room too hot to sleep despite opening the windows.Several attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered.Left after one night of two night stay as I was feeling ill due to lack of sleep.Getting to room was an obstacle course due to mattresses in hallway from renovations.Hallways were filthy due to renovations.The room itself was fairly clean though. Can not recommend due to lack of management feedback or concern."

"The suite was spacious and the balcony had beautiful views. The hot pools are large and a great way to relax. My only criticism is the one elevator is really slow and doesn’t sound great (although there are many stairs around the property to use). "

"Room is nice and clean, but there is this distinctive smell that we have to constantly spray the room with the air fresher. Lucky we always carry one in our luggage. Bathroom is nice and updated except for the towels that I think look very old and worn out, time to throw away and change to new towels. But overall our stay is good. "

"Just a small getaway with my wife on our anniversary. This is the 3rd time we stayed at Chateau Jasper. Always a great experience. Friendly staff , comfortable beds, quiet location. Only a short walk away from downtown. The only thing I missed, that on our last visit, they had a room package which included breakfast. Otherwise very good all around!"
