"Had a wonderful long weekend (3 night) stay here. It's a short, easy walk from the main tourist strip so simple to get around Florence by foot. It's also easy to get to from the airport with tram and bus to just a few blocks away. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. "The hotel manager was very pleasant, supportive and helpful eg when I couldn’t open the lock to my luggage. As described there was a shower and basin in the room but shared toilet (which also had a sink n shower cubicle). The busy road was straight outside the room’s high up window. Connection to the railway station via bus is good. The walk into the centre of Florence takes say 20 minutes."
