"The bed was comfortable although the pillows were flat and hard. Decent sized room with ensuite. Only one window shutter worked properly. There was an adjoining room door that was held closed by a fixed desk. You could hear the people next door showering. We were 2 females travelling alone so were a little uneasy about this. Shower was nice and worked well although rust/dirt marks around the shower fixings. Good location. Breakfast staff was lovely and reasonable continental breakfast. There was...

"A very nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle. It is clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is lovely and there is a lot of choice. We would definitely be staying there again when back in Florence!"
