It came to my attention as I was looking for a self-catering apartment for a family of four that had parking, within walking distance of Florence’s many sights. This apartment fit the bill, but on top of that I was impressed by the cleanliness of the property; it had good appliances (including a Moka pot and a Nespresso machine, so you have options about morning coffee!). "The hotel manager was very pleasant, supportive and helpful eg when I couldn’t open the lock to my luggage. As described there was a shower and basin in the room but shared toilet (which also had a sink n shower cubicle). The busy road was straight outside the room’s high up window. Connection to the railway station via bus is good. The walk into the centre of Florence takes say 20 minutes."

"After travelling for 12 days in and out of hotels, it was a breath of fresh air to stay in this wonderful apartment situated 25 minute walk to the city center. After spending the days visiting the sites, we went back to our "apartment ", made an antipasto and had a glass of wine. The apartment was clean, fully serviced with everything you needed from kitchen, laundry to bathrooms. If you want to feel like a local, stay here !!"

"We had a small issue with the check in APP not letting me open the door. After that small hiccup, the rest was Awesome! Cristina went out of her way to come over and get us in right away and helped with recommendations and provided a nice bottle of wine for us for our Honeymoon. She really was an excellent host and made us feel so welcome and at home. I wish we had more time to spend there. When we return to Florence we will stay again!"

"Had a wonderful long weekend (3 night) stay here. It's a short, easy walk from the main tourist strip so simple to get around Florence by foot. It's also easy to get to from the airport with tram and bus to just a few blocks away. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room (single room) was spacious with comfortable bed, good shower and all you need for a short break.
