"We got a family connecting room. One of the rooms was constantly blowing hot air and there was no way to reduce the temperature. The elevator was tiny - I have not seen such a tiny elevator. Otherwise staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel was overall nice. "

"Spent a wonderful week in Florence. We had a small glitch at the end of our stay, which was not any fault of the hotel. Due to Florence marathon on Sunday and the 24 rail strike, which started on Saturday night, we had to extend our stay. The staff did everything they could to help us with alternate travel plans."

"Fabulous Stay! Walk to Duomo in under 5 mins. Near all the busy Piazza’s with many dining options. The staff and service we received was impeccable. Particularly, Francesca welcomed us, gave us a tour of the hotel, and showed us to our rooms. Victoria and Alina at breakfast were very warm and accommodating.
