"I had the most amazing week at Anantara! The staff was exceptional. Arriving to the lobby was the best because the staff always opens the door for you and was just so welcoming. House keeping was great too. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very clean and accommodating. I will definitely be staying again in future Dubai trips. 10/10 for Anantara. "

"On arrival reception welcomed me with a smile and offered me a free water view and room size upgrade which was lovely. However on entering the room I could smell cigarette smoke and condition of the room was a bit poor to me. I advised reception that night and was told they next shift would look into it for me in the morning.
