Prime location, close to the Dubai Mall. You can walk from the hotel to the mall, and you are also near the Burj Khalifa. The staff is very attentive.

I checked in around 3:45pm and had to request the hi staff to clean the toilet and bring the towels and toiletries. Staff were efficient and also very polite and apologetic for the dirty and unprepared room. Last day we had breakfast at the hotel where all tables were dirty, had to wait for preparation for cleaning the tables, fruits finished but menu was good and fresh.

The hotel is very well located, just 10 min walking from dubai mall, burj khalifa and the fountain. Overall a very good hotel. The negative was the breakfast, it could be much much better. But definitely 4 of 5 star.

We chose this facility because of its strategic location in the downtown area. The hotel is cozy, with very friendly and professional staff—they helped me resolve an issue caused by the booking operator. The breakfast is plentiful, offering a variety of options for every taste. The pool is delightful and peaceful. However, the management of guest flow during peak days could be improved, as on one occasion, we had to wait a long time to access the breakfast hall, where we received poor and inadequate service
