I booked a room for 3 adults and they provided me with me one bedroom apartment with no sofa or extra bed and refused to provide me an extra bed saying that this is enough for 3 adults. And they asked for an extra charge for an extra bed despite i have paid for an 3 adult fair. Very disappointing.

The halls smelled bad - the room was not cleaned properly- the amenities were not refilled not even filled when I first checked in - the AC was not cooling as it should although it was on the lowest temperature. Unfortunately it was not a great experience.

Check in très long, chambre hyper humide si vous ne mettez pas la Clim. Chambre pris à la dernière minute avec un bon prix, on m a donc mis à côté de l ascenseur et donc bruyante ….kids club gratuit seulement 1 h, si vous n êtes pas véhiculé passez votre chemin ! Je suis déçue de ce Damac
