This property was amazing! The hospitality from the welcome center, check in and rooms service was outstanding. My favorite part of the Stay was the valet parking service! All the Gentlemen staff were amazing and made us feel welcomed. Since the first date I got to the hotel with my family they were all outstanding, they always asked us how was our day after returning back from doing activities and gave us a lot of tips and tricks. Last but not least the hotel was amazing, the decor and warm vibes and great location near the downtown activities definitely recommend 10/10…

Service and the condition of the rooms is very excellent. My usual concern with most of the hotels in Dubai is Air conditioner not giving enough cold air however this hotel has excellent AC system to the extent I have to reduce or switch off AC some time..
