Excellent hotel, great amenities, staff is very attentive especially receptionists. Would like to point out one of them, Madina, who made our stay truly special. Room was very clean. The view from 64th floor is stunning at Burj Khalifa. You might enjoy food at Malibu bar and lounge on the same top floor. We did.

Paramount hotel is walkable to Burj Khalifa and Dubai fountain/dubai mall. Hotel is super clean and comfortable. Hotel is very modern and has restaurants and an infinity pool on 64th floor which was the highlight of our trip with burj khalifa views. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who’s interested.

We have a small children travelling with us. Location is not very walkable to major attractions with small children who’s refusing to sit in strollers. So taxi was the answer. Dubai taxi very professional and government controlled like buses and trains. Hotel feels very new and the roof top pool was fantastic with views.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff was really friendly, and the food, pool, and gym were all great. My only complaint would be the noise from the cars, which could still be heard through my window even though I was on the 21st floor. Otherwise, it’s a very good hotel."

The staff member at this hotel are all very friendly and helpful. They sent us a cake for my husband’s birthday which is so sweet. The sky pool was the reason that I booked this hotel and it was amazing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an average experience. While the staff was helpful and attentive, the food was disappointing and did not meet 5-star standards. The options were quite limited, and the taste was very average. Overall, the hospitality was good, but the dining experience needs significant improvement.

Very comfortable room located a 10 minute walk from the Business Bay metro station. Little market on the ground level was a plus for food purchases. Lots of restaurants across the street but one has to walk to the street corner (a bit of a distance) to get across the street). Concierge services and reception staff are superb. Reception lobby is on the 14th floor and rooms are reached by way of separate elevator lobbies — a bit confusing. The hotel needs major signage in the south side of the building to direct guests arriving by metro. The large DAMAC sign leads one to believe the building is not a hotel.

Fantastic 5-star hotel in Downtown Dubai
Fantastic hotel in Downtown Dubai, close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. And what a view to Burj Khalifa! The breakfast buffet is totally recommendable. The hotel staff - every single one of them - is fantastic. Super kind and notice details. Our “usual” host in the restaurant Glaze remembered exactly how we wanted our non-standard morning coffee (iced latte with just a little caramel sirup). She was awesome and absolutely the best. Especially, one day at the pool she brought “iced latte on the house” to us. Just what we needed the most during a hot day in Dubai. This hotel is truly recommendable and we are happy to return someday!
