"The staff were very helpful and kind. We had quick service especially to our room when we needed something. The place was very beautiful and the beds were comfy with comfortable bedding. The only thing I’d say was a bit confusing was reception as soon as you walk in because it’s on the 2nd floor. Also there isn’t any indication on which floor the pool is, but we found it to be on the 5th floor."

"I stayed at a CitizenM in NYC and had a great stay so I trusted the South Beach location. It did not disappoint! The aesthetic and smell of the common areas was just lovely! The hotel has so much charm and character. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and spotless, though tight for 2 people. Super comfy beds. Room technology was a plus. Quick uber ride to the beach. Good food options across the street. Will stay there again. "
