"Dated carpet, blinkinh lights at the sauna, swim pool & hot tub looks dated as well. Stayed 2 nights and put a sign to clean the room the next morning. Nobody cleaned the room qnd put suppliea. Nobody cleans or vacuum the carpet floors (hallways and room)"

"Hotel hallways and stairway carpets are filthy, it appeared that they haven't been vacuumed in weeks/months. At check in the host asked if we would like housekeeping during our stay anx we said, "yes". Over the course of our stay they did not attend to our room. Hotel rooms and common spaces very dated. Activity programming and restaurant staff provided great customer service, however front desk staff were not helpful when we asked questions about the resort and when we inquired about housekeeping. "
