"Renovation choices beautiful! Staff & workers went the extra mile to make us comfortable. Limited parking because of construction ( completed in 2 weeks) Restaurant was awful , slow, chipped dishes , poor service , 38 min for bad Eggs Benny. Very disappointed considering the beautiful hotel setting. Will return to hotel but restaurant , lots of great eateries in Kamloops. "
