"Room was clean, bed was comfortable, pillows not so much. There was a light outside the window on the main road that was very bright. Room was not dark for sleeping. Overall enjoyed our stay."

"Clean and really appreciate the fridge with a separate freezer as we travel with medicine that needs refrigeration. Bed was comfortable but could use a blanket. Door has gap that lets bugs in and lamp outlets need tightening so plugs stay in. I mention these things so the owners are aware and can fix them. We love staying here every year. "

"We had an amazing week at Captain Roy's ! The condo was spotless, comfortable and directly on the beach. Everything is new and is well stocked with everything you need! Mexico beach is so beautiful and peaceful, and Killer Seafood across the street is outstanding! Shipwreck Raw Bar is so good too! We can't wait to come back, thanks for a great winter getaway!"

"Incredibile views both from the multiple decks and from the inside. Has a 180 degree view of the bay from inside and outside. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Lots of great wading on the sandbars and kayaks are provided. "

"If you are looking for uncrowded beaches and beautiful white sand then Mexico Beach is for you. The condo was super clean and perfectly located for beach access. Our host family was very accommodating and always responded to emails. We’ll be back."
