"Have stayed at the park plaza many times and put many touring artists up there. It's very convenient for the station and the staff are lovely. The decor is beginning to look a bit tired and there's a lot of construction outside at the moment (hence tiny marks down on one or two areas). All in all, a great hotel with stunning views. "Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the Club room was very comfortable and stylish. I liked the pool and health club area, the facilities were excellent. All the staff I came across were friendly and kinds. Breakfast in the morning was lovely, a good selection of hot and cold options. Only thing that I would suggest is to have a regular cup in the room for those wanting a cup of tea. The coffee cups to go with the coffee pod machine are really small for a regular drink. I am sure someone could have got us one if we asked but I didn't want to go and ask in the evening when we realised."
