"First time I stayed in December I was given a drinks voucher. Have since stayed the last two weeks and none given. Two bags of crisps and two bottles of water are in the room on arrival but I have been told that they are not replaced until the third day. This week my room did not have water or crisps. "Lovely stay at Swiss Cottage. Here’s the pros and cons: Pros: - Location to Swiss Cottage Underground Station, Jubilee Line. Literally a few minutes walk. - Area: Within a lovely residential area. Feels safe. Bike rental station just across the street too. - Hotel style: Classical, beautiful lounge and lobby. - Staff: Superb experience with the staff, all were friendly and welcoming.
