"Checked in after looking for another hotel after leaving the hotel I had originally booked. This hotel was warm and comforting, the check in was a total breeze. Friendly welcoming staff. Rooms were large and comfortable. Bar and other communal areas were clean and very cosy, loved the cosy nook with open fire effect fire. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area."

"I usually stay here all the time as it is close to where I work. It is a lovely space for short term stay. I love the fact that they have a smart TV, so I can watch Netflix, YouTube etc. The experience is different depending on which room you are allocated. I was shocked at the fast room service, when the toilet roll ran out, I called the team and they got someone to come and bring it to me. As I always say, I just wish the sink, was bigger!"

"We (family of 5) had an awesome holiday stay at this property. The staff were so pleasant and really went out of their way to give us a 10/10 experience. It’s in a good location, the property is neat, tidy and modern. The onsite free laundry machines, internet and breakfast (good selection of breakfast items) were also a major plus for us. "Such a cozy and cute place. You get to meet the owners which is so nice! Location is beyond phenomenal, next to 2 major lines that take you pretty much to central London or directly to the airport. One thing to keep in mind is due to the structure of the ship there is a lack of wifi inside the rooms. Highly recommend it for the experience and lovely owners alone. "

Loved Canary Wharf area, full of modern hi-rises and modern art, along the river and the Cove Landmark Pinnacle was the perfect place for our “home base” during our 4 day visit to London.
