"My sister and I stayed 3 nights. We arrived on my birthday which we mentioned to the night clerk who did not acknowledge it and simply asked to see my ID to complete the check in. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. We were given a room that faced the highway on the 8th floor (view from the window attached). The noise from the highway was so loud, I got out of bed at one point to check if any of the windows had been left open (the windows don't open). The traffic never stops. ...

The lady helping me was so nice and accommodating when it came to my request for a handicap room close to my other room close to my other families room. She managed to put us all next to each other, which made the stay so much better and less stressful on me. I really appreciated how helpful she was."
