"I had a wonderful stay at Promenade Hotel KK and would like to especially commend their outstanding service. When my rental car broke down during my trip, the staff went above and beyond to assist me with the tapping out issue—something that could have been a real hassle without their help. I also truly appreciated how accommodating they were with my last-minute request for a late check-out. The level of hospitality here is top-notch, and the warmth of the team really made a difference during my stay. I’d also like to highlight the hotel’s restaurant—the food was great, and I absolutely loved their home-baked pastries. You can really taste the care that goes into their kitchen. Overall, an excellent experience. I’ll definitely be back!"

Its located walking distance ro the best foot reflexology place called helen beauty ask for su, also great bars and seafood spots. The hotel is amazing "

"Location convenient to shopping mall. Rooms ok and nice they had a fridge. Quite noisy in room sometimes even at 11.30 pm Staff helpful."
