"Clean and service was great. Did not like the shower/toilet set up especially when sharing a twin bed with someone else. Otherwise the place is ex Ellen’s if you plan to eat at Welcome Seafood Restaurant. "

"Hotel condition is great and service top notch. Love the bed and pillow as very plushy. Bath area is a standing rain shower and spacious. Internet is great. Breakfast is so so not to my liking. Location is near airport probably 5mins drive, 10mins walk. Area surrounding hotel is bad as nothing and look like a slump area and can only travel via grab. Complimentary airport transfer via hotel. Internet is great too"

"We love the hotel as it has access to the Singkawang Grand Mall. We can eat in variety of restaurants, shopping, grocery and window shopping. The hotel has a.large and nice swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent. "
