" Hilton hotel WangFuJing is one of the best hotels we stayed at. We booked 2 rooms for a week-long stay. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Front Desk manager was very thoughtful, although the central air conditioning was not fully operational, he made an effort to move us to higher floor in hopes of cooler air. Breakfast variety was average. Location was excellent, 2-3 mins walks to APM mall and situated in Wang Fu Jing pedestrian street with lots of delicious dining options. This hotel is ideal for families and would definitely stay here again."

"The room is spacious, clean and well-maintained, it is well-designed with shelfings to place stuffs around in the room. The staffs are polite and they try to speak English though we have no problem to communicate in Chinese. Hotel is walkable from the metro station, but the metro station does not have lift and escalator so have to use the stairs. Location is near to Wangfujing Street, and some good eateries nearby to the hotel such as 紫光园，四季民福."

"Great stay at the Valley Wing. Staff very nice and helpful. General Liang is so thoughtful and kind. I was having my birthday and she even sent a cake to the room. The new airport sendoff service is a godsend. It includes a staff member at the airport carrying your luggage to the counter and helping you get the boarding pass. I’ll use that service next time I visit for airport pickup, too. The hotel is a little old. We all know that. But the staff and service at the Valley Wing sparkle. "
