"I’ve enjoyed staying at this hotel, but it’s not as nice as it used to be. The staff are friendly but some seem not well trained. The hotel is nice, but is it worth the money? Feels like the hotel is not as well managed as it used to be. The spa upstairs is very run down and the steam sauna has been broken for months, with no indication of when it will be fixed. "The most important aspect was the comfort of the hotel and the feeling of being home away from home."

"Bayshore Hotel in Dalian was nice and comfortable. However, the strange circular shower in the middle of the room had a leak that left the bathroom floor soaking wet. I requested some additional towels to our room since we used ours to put on the floor to mop up the volume of water that leaked but the staff just gave use 4 hand towels. That was disappointing. Nice location and close to Xinghai square, which is a great park on the waterfront."

"Loved this stay! From start to finish, every one of the staff was so helpful. I speak zero Mandarin, so I needed lots of help and this staff delivered. When I was getting help with transportation to the airport, it was pointed out I had the wrong time and missed my flight. Bummer, but the staff at concierge (Elvis was his name) actually got on the phone with the airlines and was able to rebook the following day and got my original room rebooked while he was on that call. 5 ⭐️s are not enough for this awesome location and incredible staff. "
