"I couldn't get any hot water to run when I tried to take a shower. Housekeeping had to come up to sort it out. It took running the water in the sink for quite a few minutes to get the hot water primed. "

"Fantastic. Very nice place. Will come again as it is so beautiful. Easily the nices hotel in this city. Ski park is just a few steps away. However, the staff in the hotel and generally the ski area do not speak English at all. Be prepared to face frustrating ski arrangements as you need to go to various booths for park entry, child insurance, insteuctors and also rentals. And they only seak mandarin. If you do not have wechat pay, be prepared to bring loads of cash as the deposit for equipment...

"Staff was really nice and check in and out was easy! Breakfast buffet was a little disappointing, nobody greeted me in the restaurant and the only staff there was literally asleep at a table in the dark next to the buffet. Overall the room was extremely clean and cleaned everyday, but there was a used bandage hanging from the curtain. "I stayed in LiveFortuna hotel in December 2024 for 5 days. It’s located near Ritan park and midway between subway stations. Roughly a ten minute walk either direction, Most fares are 3 rmb around the immediate area. Capital express line is 1 transfer to access and 25 rmb to the Peking International airport.
