"Excellent value for money hotel. Close to Beijing Internationla airport. Shuttle bus every 20 minutes and on the hour. Note they only pickup from Terminal 3 on level 1. For the Yum Cha/Dim Sum enthousiasts they have an excellent all you can eat lunch daily for approx $50 AUD (218RMB) which is a must not miss. The food is prepared fresh to order and all excellent. The pool and facilities sauna, gym are excellent with towels and bottled drinking water available. All in all a great stay and will be back each time I need to stay close to the airport."

"We had a fabulous stay at the Grand Hyatt. Very clean and comfortable. It is attached to a shopping centre so really handy for shops and restaurants. It is so close to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden city/Palace museum. We ate in the Grand Hyatt taste of China and the food was outstanding. The breakfast was good with excellent choices. Plenty of western food for those that wanted it. I will definitely stay again if we are back in Beijing in future. "

"Very convenient location within close walking distance from the APM mall (lots of eateries inside) and Wangfujing. Excellent customer service, no matter who you speak to or what time of day you make a request. The only minor downside is that the hotel rooms are a bit dated, and depending on where your room is, you can hear the noise from the street (mostly just people talking loudly from outside the mall or street). The new airport sendoff service is a godsend. It includes a staff member at the airport carrying your luggage to the counter and helping you get the boarding pass. I’ll use that service next time I visit for airport pickup, too. The hotel is a little old. We all know that. But the staff and service at the Valley Wing sparkle. "
