We went back to talk to the receptionist and we saw someone smoking in the corridor. They have ask trays by the elevator door. We went to complain but they said nothing they can do. There were two security guards and we left our backpacks, our valuable belongings and money there for more than 7 hours. They took care of our property and nothing got lost.
