"First of all, the room is very large with separate walk in closet and bathtub/shower area. Most hotel has no bathtub any more. The young lady Alice in breakfast room is charming and warm and very on top of everything. I ordered earl grey tea with lemon once and then she brings me one every following date, The concierge team is also very helpful - a very pleasant stay for us in Beijing!"

Only downside is a lot of people smoke around the front door area and packages are dropped off there so you can’t escape from the second hand smoke. Not sure if the hotel would consider creating a designated smoking area further away from the front door to keep the air fresh. "
