"We loved that it was close to everything including the tram stop. The staff were very helpful. All the facilities were great. We had a Seaview apartment and the views were amazing. "

Only thing I will complain about is that some of the complimentary Nescafe coffee satchels had expired 2 years ago, fridge had an off smell and some of the kitchen utensils weren't cleaned properly (egg on frypan and dirty coffee cups) Apart from those minor issues I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is very good and located well. It would have been 5 stars if there were a few additional things available in the rooms. There’s no face washers, no welcome booklet with instructions (although there is an online guide). It took a while to work out we needed to put the room key in a special wall slot to access wi fi. The couch is small, you could get a clothes horse if you called reception. Did t seem to be a fan in the bathroom. And the duvet was covered by a bottom and top sheet rather than a cover. So it meant constantly wrestling with sheets to keep it all from sliding off. Only minor things but they stop it from feeling like 5 stars. The staff were lovely and helpful. Outdoor pool was nice but had lots of cigarette butts in it, not really the hotels fault I suppose as I feel they might have blown in from the ashtrays on people’s balconies."
