Property is exceptionally well presented as new. Location, Dining options & shopping options excellent. I just am disappointed with parking so much time wasted with front desk over validating parking tickets at the casino property is owned by the casino yet charges $20 per day but so disruptive having to get tickets validated and misleading information regarding number plate validations; this part of the stay was annoying otherwise I do highly recommend the Dorsett.

Staff engagement from a customer perspective was very limited. I had to call reception about eight times before I was able to reach anyone. The room's bathroom door was also extremely hard to open and close. Overall, the experience wasn't particularly memorable.

Loved this hotel. I like the decor. The staff were lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was an enjoyable stay. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the pool, which was a nice surprise. Having a bottle of wine to celebrate the birthday we were away for was a lovely addition, thank you very much. The location was fantastic. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. Only thing I would note is that the shower temperature fluctuated quite a lot during our showers so that’s something to be mindful of.

Enjoyed our five night stay, and the executive package was definitely worth it The only downfall was pool area not enough seating and people leaving their towels from 6am to reserve. Staff at pool area should not allow this to happen.

Excellent service. Very friendly staff. Actual rooms are very poorly designed. I would never stay there again as it has absolutely nowhere to put your clothes. All they had is five coat hangers, not a single shelf or drover, not even a hook. I stayed with two kids and our room looked a mess as our clothes was everywhere. We couldn’t even put our swimsuits anywhere in the bathroom as it only had one rack for a towel.

We stayed here during the Summer holiday's in exec rooms. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach and some shops. The executive lounge had lovely views, and the food was nice (vegetarian choices were always avaliable) Evening drinks were very early at 5pm and the lounge was very busy with a wait for tables at times. We didn't use the pool as it was very busy and full of screaming kids all day/night. I wasn't impressed with the standard of cleaning in the hotel. A lot of surfaces were dusty and remained so during our stay. Toiletries ran out and weren't replaced until we went out of our way to ask? The table next to the lifts had the same (half drank) cup of coffee there for the entire duration of our stay! The cleaning staff always seemed to be working very hard, maybe they were just understaffed during our stay? The staff in the exec lounge and on reception were great, nothing was too much of an ask.
