Great hotel in a convenient location, connected to the casino, across the road from a huge shopping centre and the tram stop to surfers paradise. Hotel staff were all lovely and very helpful. Rooms were nice, leaning towards smart casual not high luxury, but they were great nonetheless. Would stay again.

Clean room, Clean bathroom, very quiet, good breakfast, tram 5 minutes walk away, ample (paid) parking. Glass around the pool needed a clean, would be good if parking could be validated once per stay and not every time you exit/re-enter the parking

Great staff and room. However had issues using the room card in the elevator would let me tap the card to press my floor. Had to get out at a random floor to get into a different escalator to get to my floor. Some other guests mentioned the same thing to me.
