A little outdated and could do with a make over, but the crunch is it was great value for money and the amount I paid made this an excellent stay. Great location and the staff were super friendly.

We arrived late at night and when we walked into the room there were cockroach's everywhere. We killed 3 big ones in matter of minutes. The carpet needs a good clean. We had been travelling all day and had shoes on all day so had clean feet had a shower and went to bed we got up early had a shower to freshen up before leaving to travel home and dirt came off our feet in the shower from walking on the dirty carpet. The bathroom floor felt dirty aswell. NEEDS A GOOD CLEAN.

The air conditioning wouldn't go below 25 and it was noisy and falling apart. Couldn't sleep because of the humidity. Asked for it to be looked at. Not sure if anyone did because it remained the same. Didn't have cooking utensils. Although it has a hotplate, nothing to use to cook with such as a pot or pan. The shower would be intermittent with hot and cold. Right on the main road was extremely noisy. Would expect double glazing on the glass. Says on their website have washer and dryer in the room.The dryer you have to pay for in the basement. Have to pay extra for everything such as pool towel, dish detergent, sponges etc. The gym also had limited equipment, i spoke to a worker and he said the multi gym was taken away and not replaced as were the dumbells. Very run down and old. It is close to shopping area and trams but would not recommend staying here.

The pictures on the website make the place a lot spacious however this is not the case On arrival for our 5 night stay we walked into our room and only had 2 towels 2 hand towels NO face flannels The bathtub in the shower is way to high to get out when wet We had a shower and the bath tap was running also there is a button for push in ir pull out however the bottom did not work so whilst having a shower the bath weather was flowing also The cutlery has a lot to b desired 2 of everything and not matching including the drinking glasses 2 very thin blankets Carpet is ripped/torn by the sliding door Wall by the couch is in desperate need of painting Our stay on the Gold Coast was wonderful and what I needed however the room has a lot of unerderlying issues that needs to b addressed for future stays

Bed was comfortable with roomy powerful shower. Apartment was generally clean but floors need mopping and toilet needed bleaching. The parking is abysmal with very little available even for residents. When xar park is full must park on the street which is restricted 9am-5pm. Even though it's budget accommodation we would not stay again.

The hotel itself was hilariously bad (the design of the bedroom - how does a room have 45 corners?) and the traffic noise is insane but it is worth coming for the giggle at the tiling chaos alone, and the location is good.

Could do with some general room maintenance, i.e. repaint. As a budget hotel the overall condition was good value in an excellent position with a 5-minute walk to Pac Fair shopping center and the tram stop. One block to the beach, about a 7-minute walk was handy. The extra wide balcony was a bonus to enjoy.

The price we paid reflected the fact that the unit is tired and needing refurbished. That aside, everything else was good. The place was clean, beds comfortable, with adequate cooking facilities. Washing machine and dryer well used. Proximity to anywhere you needed to go, excellent. We would stay there again.
