*Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Hygiene Issues**
I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had. On the first night, I discovered a lizard in the bathroom. When I called the receptionist at 12 am for assistance, I was met with an unprofessional and unhelpful response. Instead of addressing the issue, he casually told me to take the lizard and throw it out of the balcony myself, offering no apology and claiming there was nothing he could do at that time.
After a sleepless night, I complained the next morning and requested to be moved to another room, which the morning receptionist agreed to. However, the new room wasn’t much better – there were ants on the table for the entire week, and the issue was never addressed despite bringing it to their attention.
The lack of cleanliness and the dismissive attitude of the staff ruined what should have been a relaxing holiday. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and hygienic stay.
